Med spa website design that turns a scroll into a booking
A client sees your work on Instagram, taps the link in your bio, and makes up their mind on your site. WebCore builds your med spa website for that moment: a page for each treatment, a clear starting price, and booking one tap away.
Name it, and it starts building your spa's site.
Med spa sites look the part and still make people wait
We measured 13 med spa websites across Ontario for the September 2026 Web Index. None of them scored poor on Google's mobile test. No other trade can say that.
But the median one still took 5.5 seconds to show its headline on a mid-range phone over slow 4G, more than twice the 2.5 seconds Google calls good. In Google's 2016 study of mobile sites, 53% of visits were abandoned once a page took longer than three seconds to load.
A beautiful page that takes 5.5 seconds is a beautiful page a lot of people never see.
The reason is usually the thing that makes these sites look good: big treatment photos and video, uploaded at full size. Keep them. Set them up so the headline and the booking button show first.
What a med spa website needs to book the appointment
Six things. Each one answers a question a new client has somewhere between tapping your link and tapping book.
A page for each treatment
Neuromodulators, fillers, laser hair removal, facials, skin treatments. Each page covers what it is, who it's for, the downtime and what to expect, so a search lands on the treatment it asked about.
A price to start from
Most people want a ballpark before they book a consult. A clear starting price on each treatment filters out the browsers and brings in the bookers.
Booking one tap away
Your booking link on every treatment page, whether you use Jane, Fresha, Vagaro or something else. Nobody should have to hunt for the book button.
Before and afters that load
Your results, set up so the page shows its headline and booking button first and the gallery right after. You keep the photos. Visitors stop waiting for them.
Who does the treatment
The names and credentials of the people doing each treatment, near the top. It's what a careful client checks before anything else.
Specials by text
“Put the laser package on the homepage until Friday” is one message. Your agent makes the change and ships it.
Live in about 15 minutes, between clients
Name your agent
Tell it about your spa: your treatments, your prices, your booking link, who does what. It asks about whatever's missing.
Review it, then go live
A site is typically live in about 15 minutes, on your own domain, with the speed and search setup already done. Keep your brand's look or start fresh.
Text it the changes
New treatment, new price, new injector on the team? Send a text. Your agent updates the site and ships it.
Ghost-Writer, the writing side of your agent, asks how you actually do a treatment, like what you tell a nervous first-time client, and writes the page from your answers. It doesn't invent results or reviews.
What we measured on med spa websites in Ontario
The Ontario Trades Web Index runs real trade and clinic websites through Google PageSpeed Insights, on the simulated mid-range Android phone and slow 4G connection Google publishes. The September 2026 edition covered 146 sites in 13 Ontario towns. No business is named.
- Med spas: 13 sites, with a median mobile score of 66 out of 100.
- Median time to show the headline on a phone: 5.5 seconds, against the 2.5 Google calls good.
- None of the 13 scored poor, the only trade in the Index with no site under 50.
- Across all 146 sites, the median was 7.0 seconds and 91% took longer than three.
Med spas were the only trade with no poor scores, and their sites still take more than twice as long as Google wants. Your site probably looks great already. Now make it load before the client gives up on it. Read the full Index.
What spa owners ask before they switch
Can you keep our look?
Yes. Keep the look you have and we rebuild it properly on WebCore, or ask for a new one. Your pages, copy and URLs come across either way. You can price the move in about 30 seconds, no call needed.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $99 a month and you can cancel anytime, with no $5k build fee up front. SEO and Ghost-Writer are $50 a month each on that plan, or included on Starter at $299. See all plans.
Will it work with our booking system?
Your booking link goes on every treatment page, whatever system you use. Clients book in the system your front desk already runs.
Do we own the site and the photos?
Yes. You own the code and the content, photos included, and you can export everything if you ever leave.
