Dental website design that books the new patient

New patients pick a dentist on their phone, with three clinics open in three tabs. The one that loads, answers their questions and makes booking easy gets the appointment. WebCore builds your dental website for that comparison, then keeps it current.

Name it, and it starts building your clinic's site.

One in four dental sites we measured scored poor

We measured 16 dental clinic websites across Ontario for the September 2026 Web Index. A quarter of them scored under 50 on Google's mobile test, the band Google calls poor. No other trade had a higher share.

The median clinic site took 6.2 seconds to show its headline on a mid-range phone over slow 4G, where Google calls 2.5 seconds good. In Google's 2016 study of mobile sites, 53% of visits were abandoned once a page took longer than three seconds.

A patient comparing three clinics won't wait for the slow one.

And speed is only the first test. Once the page loads, a new patient wants three answers fast: are you taking new patients, do you take my insurance, and how do I book. Make them hunt for any of those and they close the tab.

What a dental website has to answer in ten seconds

Six things. Every one is a question a new patient has before they'll call the front desk or press book.

New patients, said plainly

If you're accepting new patients, the first screen says so. Plenty of people type those exact words into the search bar.

Insurance, direct billing and CDCP

Say whether you bill insurance directly, and whether you see patients under the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Someone looking for a CDCP dentist is ready to book the day they find one.

Booking one tap away

Your booking link on every page and every treatment, whichever system you use. Nobody should have to find the contact page to book a cleaning.

A page for each treatment

Cleanings, implants, clear aligners, emergency visits, sedation, children's dentistry. Each page says what the treatment involves, so the search matches the treatment.

Your team, with real names

Photos and short bios of the people a patient will meet. A nervous patient books with a person, and a logo has never calmed anyone down.

Your college's rules first

Your agent writes from what you tell it and never invents patient stories or outcome claims. You decide what goes on the site, and you can change any line by text.

Live in about 15 minutes, between patients

Name your agent

Tell it about your clinic: the treatments you offer, your hours, your insurance and booking setup, whether you're taking new patients. It asks about whatever's missing.

Review it, then go live

A site is typically live in about 15 minutes, on your own domain, with the speed and search setup already done.

Text it the changes

“We're open Saturdays in November, add it to the homepage” is one text. Your agent makes the change and ships it.

Ghost-Writer, the writing side of your agent, interviews you about how you actually treat people, like the way you handle a nervous first visit, and turns your answers into pages that sound like your chairside manner.

What we measured on dental clinic websites in Ontario

The Ontario Trades Web Index measures real trade and clinic websites with Google PageSpeed Insights, on the simulated mid-range Android phone and slow 4G connection Google publishes. The September 2026 edition covered 146 sites in 13 Ontario towns, and it names no one.

  • Dental clinics: 16 sites, with a median mobile score of 63 out of 100.
  • Median time to show the headline on a phone: 6.2 seconds, against the 2.5 Google calls good.
  • 25% of dental clinic sites scored poor, under 50, the highest share of any trade in the Index.
  • Across all 146 sites, the median was 7.0 seconds and 91% took longer than three.

Dental clinics sat in the middle of the pack on speed and at the bottom on how many scored poor. The practices that fix this first get a head start that's hard to catch. Read the full Index.

What clinic owners ask before they switch

Can you move our current site?

Yes. We move your pages, copy and URLs onto WebCore, so the addresses Google already knows keep working. Keep your look or ask for a new one. You can price the move in about 30 seconds, no call needed.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $99 a month and you can cancel anytime, with no $5k build fee up front. SEO and Ghost-Writer are $50 a month each on that plan, or included on Starter at $299. See all plans.

Will it work with our booking software?

Your booking link goes on every page and every treatment page, whichever system you use. Patients book in the system your front desk already runs.

Can AI write about treatments without overstating anything?

It writes from your answers and doesn't invent outcomes, reviews or patient stories. You read what it wrote, and any line your college wouldn't like is one text away from gone.

Be the clinic that's easy to choose
