Website management services that keep your site bringing in work
Most websites go up once and then sit there while the business changes around them. WebCore gives yours an AI agent that works on it every week. It ships the changes you ask for, checks search on every publish, answers visitors and puts every lead in one place. OrbitWeb, the Cambridge, Ontario company that built WebCore, stands behind it.
By Rigo Guadrón, founder of WebCore November 4, 2026
Name it, and it starts on your site.
What 1,277 local websites look like after launch
- 93%took longer than three seconds to show their headline on a phone
- 49%gave search engines no local business data to read
- 11%had no description for Google to show under their name
- 6%scored 90 or above on Google's mobile test
Measured with Google PageSpeed Insights on a mid-range phone over slow 4G. See the Index.
Why most websites stop bringing in work
A website is finished the day it launches, and it starts falling behind the day after. Your hours change, you add a service, you hire, you run a promotion, and every one of those is an edit somebody has to make. When the project budget is spent, each edit turns into a ticket, a quote or your Sunday night. So most sites stop changing, and a site that stops changing slowly stops being found.
We measured 1,277 trade and clinic websites across Ontario for the November 2026 Web Index. The median one took 8.3 seconds to show its headline on a mid-range phone, where Google calls 2.5 seconds good. 93% took longer than three seconds, and almost half gave search engines no local business data to read. In Google's 2016 study of mobile sites, 53% of visits were abandoned once a page took longer than three seconds.
A website nobody works on gets a little slower, staler and harder to find every month.
Website management services exist to stop that. The real questions are who does the work, how fast it happens, and what it costs you every month. Here is how we answer all three.
What our website management services include
Nine jobs that keep a website earning, and the plan each one comes with. Hosting, SSL, your own domain and unlimited edits are part of every plan.
Changes the day you ask
Send a change by message from your phone, or type it in WebCore Studio on a desktop. Your agent makes it, and nothing goes live until you publish. Every plan.
Search checked on every publish
Each publish writes a copy of every page that search engines and AI assistants can read, plus titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, robots.txt and an llms.txt. Every plan.
Speed work, measured like Google
SEO Lighthouse works on speed the way Google measures it, keeps Rich Results test code for every page, and researches keywords and competitors when you ask. Included from Starter.
Every lead in one pipeline
Forms and site chat land on one board, New to Won, with where each lead came from. Each one opens with a reply your agent drafted, sent from your own email. Every plan.
Visitors answered after hours
Site chat answers visitors only from what your site says, saves the lead with the whole conversation, and never quotes a price your site doesn't state. Included from Starter.
Articles in your voice
Ghost-Writer interviews you with three to five questions, then writes. Each article written for a search term is scored out of 100 on 23 checks and rewritten below 90. Included from Starter.
Every save can be undone
Each save adds a version you can restore, so a change you don't like is one step from gone. Every plan.
A newsletter with consent built in
Your agent drafts each issue from your site; you edit, test and approve. Only people who confirmed get it, with the unsubscribe Canada's anti-spam law asks for. Included from Starter.
Hosting, SSL and your domain
Hosting and SSL are in the monthly price. Your domain stays with your own registrar, and the platform's improvements reach your site without a new project.
How the work gets done every week
Name your agent
Tell it about your business the way you'd brief a new hire: what you do, where you work, what you want more of. It asks about whatever's missing.
Review it, then go live
A new site is typically live in about 15 minutes, on your own domain. Already have one? We move your pages, copy and URLs, so the addresses Google already knows keep working.
Send it the work
“Add our Saturday hours.” “New page for heat pump installs, same layout as furnaces.” Each one is a message. Your agent makes the change and shows you the result.
Approve and publish
Nothing goes live until you publish, and every publish rewrites the search basics for every page. If you change your mind, restore an earlier version.
The agent spends tokens to build, write and audit, and every plan comes with a monthly allowance. Top-ups start at $10 and carry over, so a busy month never stops the work.
Built by OrbitWeb, a company you can look up
I'm Rigo Guadrón. OrbitWeb, my company in Cambridge, Ontario, has been in business since 2017, building websites and running Google Ads for local businesses. For MTS Moving, I built the MTS Moving website and ran their Google Ads, and their revenue grew 400%.
The playbook worked. The hours were the problem: every change, every new page and every speed fix waited for a person to get to it. So I built WebCore to run the playbook. Its first line of code, on June 25, 2024, was a referral page for MTS Moving, and it opened to every business on October 1, 2026.
That is what “by OrbitWeb” means on this page. Your agent does the work, and a real company with a name, a history and a founder you can look up built it and keeps improving it. The longer story is on my own site: the blueprint behind WebCore.
What changes when your website is managed
The same business, the same website, run two ways.
Left alone after launch
- Changes wait for someone's free afternoon, or for you.
- Nobody checks speed after the launch party.
- Titles and structured data go stale as pages change.
- Leads sit in an inbox nobody reads at 9 p.m.
- The site looks like launch day, years after launch day.
Managed by your agent
- Changes go out the same day you ask for them.
- Speed work measured the way Google measures it, from Starter.
- Every publish rewrites the titles, structured data, sitemap and llms.txt.
- Every lead lands in one pipeline with a reply already drafted.
- Platform improvements reach your site without a new project.
What website management services cost with WebCore
Four monthly plans. No setup fee, no build fee and no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
Essential, $99 a month
One site and 2M tokens a month. Your agent builds, edits and ships the site, search is checked on every publish, and leads land in the pipeline. Other skills are $50 a month each.
Starter, $299 a month
Two sites and 8M tokens a month, with every skill included: SEO Lighthouse, Ghost-Writer, site chat and the newsletter, plus WebCore MCP for your own AI tools.
Pro, $799 a month
Five sites and 25M tokens a month, for businesses that need ongoing optimization: one site per location, or one per client.
Empire, $1,499 a month
Ten sites and 60M tokens a month, for multi-location brands and the agencies that run sites for clients.
Moving an existing site is $1,500 for the first 20 pages and $2,000 for every 20 pages after that. The migration calculator prices yours in about 30 seconds, and you can compare every plan side by side. For the full breakdown of what a website costs to run, read how much a website costs for a trades business.
Who these website management services are for
Businesses whose work comes in through calls, quote requests and bookings, and who would rather run the business than the website. We built a page for each trade we know best: plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, dental clinics, med spas and moving companies.
If you run more than one location, Pro gives each one its own site, and every site's leads land in the same pipeline, which you can filter by site. If you're an agency, you can run WebCore for your clients through our free partner program, with each client owning its own workspace.
It isn't the right fit for a big online store with thousands of items. WebCore is built for local businesses whose website exists to bring in the next call.
What your agent will never do
- Publish anything without you. You approve every change before it goes live.
- Invent reviews, customer stories, outcomes or prices. It writes from what you tell it.
- Promise you a ranking. Nobody honest can, so we tell you what the agent does instead.
- Lock you in. You own the code, the content and the data, and you can export everything if you leave.
