Real estate listing pages from one photo of the house

You're in the driveway with the keys and you've already taken the photo. Then the listing page waits until Sunday night, because building one eats an evening you don't have. Send that photo to your WebCore agent instead. It asks what it needs, looks up the neighbourhood, and puts the page on your own site.

  • Send the photo on Telegram or in the WebCore chat
  • Walkability and the real places nearby, with walking times
  • A Book a showing form that sends leads to your Pipeline
  • Live on your own site and domain, after you say publish

Included from Starter, and an add-on on Essential. Start your site free, no card needed.

The portals get your listing. Your site should get the lead.

On a big listing portal, a buyer is always one click from the next house and the next agent. On your own site, every showing request comes to you, under your name.

But a good listing page takes time: the photos, the write-up, the neighbourhood, the form. So it gets pushed to the weekend, or skipped. That's the evening your agent gives back.

From the driveway to a live page in a few messages

Switch on Real Estate in Settings, then Agent, then Skills, and add your brokerage name once.

Send your agent a photo of the house, on Telegram or in the WebCore chat.

Answer what it asks: the address, the asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and anything that stands out.

It looks up the neighbourhood and writes the listing from your facts and what the photo shows, then tells you it's ready.

Say publish. The page goes live at your site, under listings, and joins your listings page and your sitemap.

Everything a buyer asks about, on one fast page

The neighbourhood, measured

A walkability score out of 100 and the nearest groceries, transit, schools and parks, each with its walking time, plus a map.

Copy that sticks to the facts

It writes from what you told it and what the photo shows. It won't invent a renovation, a square footage or a school, and a renovated kitchen stays a renovated kitchen.

Fair-housing safe

Lines about who should live there, like perfect for young families, are taken out before the page goes live. The page describes the home, not the buyer.

Showing requests in your Pipeline

Every listing has a Book a showing form. Requests land in your Pipeline with the address on them, and you get an email.

Built for the phone in a buyer's hand

The photo first, the price and the facts right under it, and a Book a showing bar that stays on screen as they scroll.

Ready for search and sharing

Listing details that search engines read, a share preview with your photo for texts and social posts, and your brokerage named on every page.

A real listing, published on a live site

On October 4, 2026, we sent the agent a photo and the details of a test listing in downtown Burlington, let it publish to a live WebCore site, and checked the result.

Same publish

The listing joined the site's sitemap and its file for AI assistants in the same publish, with nobody touching them.

94 out of 100

Walkability for the address, with 8 everyday places listed, the nearest 78 metres away.

12 of 12

Live checks passed: the page, the photo, the map, the showing form, the phone layout and the listings page.

No paid data

The neighbourhood comes from OpenStreetMap, so it adds nothing to your bill.

Before your next listing

Do I need a WebCore website?

Yes. Listings go on your own WebCore site, so the leads and the search traffic are yours. Your agent builds that site with you as part of your plan.

Where does the walkability score come from?

We work it out from OpenStreetMap: how close the nearest groceries, transit, schools, parks and other everyday places are, within a 20-minute walk. It's WebCore's own estimate, not a Walk Score.

Will it publish anything without me?

No. Your agent tells you when everything is in, and the page goes live only when you say publish.

Can I send the photo from my phone?

Yes. Send it to your WebCore agent on Telegram, answer its questions there, and say publish when you're ready.

Which plans include it?

Real Estate is included from Starter and is an add-on on Essential. It stays off until you switch it on, so it only shows up for agents who want it.

  • Answer buyers at night with site chat
  • Send new listings in a newsletter
  • See WebCore for other industries
  • See everything your agent does

Your next listing could be live before you leave the driveway.

Name your agent and build your site with it. Then send it the next house you list.
