Newsletter
The email newsletter you keep meaning to send, drafted for you
You know you should email your customers. You also know how it goes: a blank page, a busy week, another month without a word. Your WebCore agent drafts each issue from your site and your newest articles. You read it, send yourself a test, and press send.
- Drafted from your own site and articles, in your voice
- Only people who asked for it, each confirmed by email
- Your address and a one-click unsubscribe on every issue
- Sent under your business name, with replies to you
Included from Starter, and an add-on on Essential. Start your site free, no card needed.
The customers you already won are the easiest ones to lose
They liked the work. They'd hire you again. Then a year goes by, someone else's flyer lands in the mailbox, and they call that number instead. You didn't do anything wrong. You just went quiet.
A short note every month keeps your name where they'll find it. But writing one means a blank page on a busy day, so it never happens. That's the part your agent takes off your plate.
From switched on to first issue in one sitting
Switch on Newsletter and add your mailing address. Canada's anti-spam law wants it on every email, so you add it once.
Share your signup page, or let your site chat offer it. People confirm from their inbox before they get anything.
Already have a list? Paste it in and confirm the people on it agreed to hear from you.
Press Draft with your agent. Give it a topic if you have one in mind.
Read it, change anything, send yourself a test. Then send it to everyone.
A newsletter that sounds like you and plays by the rules
Written from your own business
Your agent drafts from what your site says and the articles you've published, and links back to your pages. It won't invent an offer, an event or a date.
Opt-in, every time
A signup page with the consent box left unticked, a yes in your site chat, or a list you confirm. Everyone confirms by email before the first issue.
The legal part, handled
Each issue carries your business name, your mailing address and a working unsubscribe, which is what Canada's anti-spam law asks for. Unsubscribing takes one click.
Your name on the envelope
It goes out under your business name, and replies land in your own inbox, so a customer who answers is talking to you.
No tracking in your readers' inboxes
No open tracking and no click tracking. It reads like a letter from you, because that's what it is.
No accidental double send
Each issue goes out once, however many times send gets pressed, and the next one waits at least 20 hours.
What we checked before showing it to you
On October 4, 2026, we ran it end to end on WebCore with real email, to our own test inboxes. Here is what happened.
- The agent drafted a full issue from a site's own pages, with a subject, a preview line and three short sections.
- A test went to the owner's inbox first, marked as a test, with the same footer subscribers get.
- The issue reached both subscribers on the list, sent under the business name with replies set to the owner.
- Pressing send a second time was refused. The 20-hour rule held.
- A signup on the signup page and a yes in the site chat each got an email to confirm, and neither got the newsletter until they did.
- Every issue carried the business name, its mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe.
Before your first issue
Who can I send it to?
People who asked for it: through your signup page, with a yes in your site chat, or on a list you confirm agreed to hear from you. Anyone who unsubscribes stays unsubscribed, even if you import them again.
Do I have to write it?
No. Your agent drafts it from your site and articles. You can change every word, or write the whole thing yourself.
Does it follow Canada's anti-spam law?
It's built around it. Only people who opted in get it, each email carries your name, your mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe, and the record of how each person agreed is kept with them.
Who will it look like it came from?
Your business. Your business name is the sender, and when someone replies, the reply lands in your inbox.
How big can my list be?
Each issue can go to up to 2,000 people today. If your list is bigger, talk to us and we'll raise it.
Which plans include it?
It's included from Starter and is an add-on on Essential.
- Answer visitors with site chat
- Turn a house photo into a listing page
- Read the WebCore blog
- See everything your agent does
Stay in touch with the customers you already won.
