Site chat

AI website chat that turns your late-night visitors into leads

It's 9:40 on a Tuesday night. Someone finds your site, has one question, and your contact form promises an answer tomorrow. By morning they've called someone else. Your WebCore agent answers them in a chat bubble, from what your own site says, and hands you the lead with the whole conversation.

  • Answers from your own site, in the visitor's language
  • Saves the lead the moment they type a phone number or email
  • Every lead lands in your Pipeline with the conversation
  • Switch it on in Settings, with no code and no republish

Included from Starter, and an add-on on Essential. Start your site free, no card needed.

Your contact form keeps office hours. Your visitors don't.

People look you up when they finally have a minute: on the couch, in a parking lot, on a phone. They have one small question. Are you open Saturday? Do you do this? Is there a slot this week?

A form asks them to wait for the answer. Some will. Plenty won't, because the next business on Google might answer first. And the business that answers first usually gets the job.

Switch it on, and it answers from your own site

There's nothing to install and no script to paste. Your WebCore sites already carry what the chat needs.

Open Settings, then Agent, then Skills, and switch on Customer Service for the sites you want.

Ask it something in the test chat first. It answers from your real site and saves nothing.

Within a minute the bubble is on your live site. You don't republish anything.

A visitor asks. Your agent answers from your hours, services and pages, and asks for a name and a number only when they want something done.

The lead lands in your Pipeline with the whole conversation, and you get an email about it.

A front desk that knows your site and never makes things up

Answers from your site, not the internet

Your hours, services, service area and the pages you've published. If your site doesn't say it, the agent says it isn't sure and offers to have you follow up.

Never invents a price

No quotes, discounts or promises your site doesn't make. Those questions come to you as leads, with the question in them.

Saves the lead first

The moment a visitor types a phone number or an email, the lead is saved, before the agent says another word. If they close the tab, you still have them.

Speaks their language

It replies in the language the visitor writes in. Our French test got a French answer, with the right Saturday hours.

Knows when to step back

When someone describes an emergency, it tells them to call 911 first, then your number. Questions about homework or other companies get a polite no.

Tells people it's an AI

Ask whether it's a person and it says it's your AI assistant. The line under every chat says so too.

On a phone the chat opens full screen, and the conversation is still there when a visitor reloads or opens another page.

What happened when we switched it on

We switched it on for a demo dental site on WebCore on October 4, 2026, and timed it. These are the numbers from that test.

26 seconds

From flipping the switch to the bubble showing on the live site, with no republish.

1.2 seconds

Or less, for the bubble to appear after the page loaded. It waits until your page has finished, so it never slows it down.

1 message

Is all it took to save the lead: the one where the visitor typed their email. All four lines of the chat were attached.

9 of 9

Test conversations handled right: hours, a price it didn't have, a booking, an emergency, French, and someone trying to trick it.

What your chat will never do

  • It never asks for card numbers, passwords or health records. It asks for a name, a way to reach them and what they need, and nothing more.
  • It doesn't take orders hidden in a message. Visitors can't talk it into a new role or into showing its instructions.
  • It won't run up your bill. Each site has a daily limit, and after it visitors get a short contact form, so no lead is lost.
  • It only answers on your own site. Copy the bubble onto another website and it refuses to talk.
  • It doesn't pretend to be a person. Whenever it's asked, it says it's an AI.
  • It doesn't guess. If your site doesn't say it, the visitor hears that someone will follow up.

Before you switch it on

Do I have to paste code into my site?

No. Your WebCore sites already have what the chat needs. Switch it on in Settings and it shows up within a minute.

What does it know about my business?

What your published site says: your services, hours, service area, contact details and pages. Update your site and the chat answers from the new version.

What happens when it doesn't know an answer?

It says it isn't sure and offers to have you follow up. That becomes a lead in your Pipeline, with the visitor's question in it.

Which plans include it?

It's included from Starter and is an add-on on Essential. Conversations use your plan's AI allowance, with a daily limit per site so a busy day or a bot can't drain it.

Can it sign people up for my newsletter?

Yes, if you use WebCore's Newsletter. After helping, it can offer it once, and a yes gets an email to confirm.

Can I turn it off?

Yes, site by site, with one switch. The bubble leaves that site within a minute.

  • Send a newsletter your agent drafts
  • Turn a house photo into a listing page
  • Import your Lovable or v0 app
  • See everything your agent does

Answer the 9:40 pm visitor. Every night.

Name your agent and build your site. Then switch on the chat, and let your next lead come in tonight.
