Pipeline
A simple CRM for small business that fills itself from your website
It's Monday morning. The form someone filled in on Saturday is somewhere in your inbox, last night's chat lead is in another app, and the referral your neighbour sent is on a sticky note. Your Pipeline puts every one of them on one board, with what each person asked for and a reply your agent has already drafted.
- Leads from your website forms and site chat land on one board
- Every lead opens with a reply your agent drafted
- Drag a lead from New to Working to Won, and see what's still open
- Included on every WebCore plan, with nothing to set up
Included on every plan. Start your site free, no card needed.
Leads don't go cold because nobody wanted them
They go cold in the gap between arriving and being answered. An email you saw on your phone and meant to answer later. A chat nobody checked. A name on a note that went through the wash.
A big CRM doesn't close that gap for a small business. It has to be set up, fed and kept tidy, and the busiest weeks are exactly when nobody has time for that. Your Pipeline fills itself, so the only job left is the reply.

From a form on your site to a won job, on one board
There's nothing to connect. Your WebCore sites and your site chat send every lead to the same place.
Someone fills in a form on your WebCore site, or leaves a number with your site chat.
The lead lands under New, with what they asked for. If they came from an ad, the card says which one.
Open it, and your agent has already drafted a reply. Change a word if you like, then send it from your own email.
Drag the card to Working while you talk, and to Won or Lost when it's decided. Closing a lead asks for a quick note while the reason is fresh.
Ask your agent “Do I have any new leads?” whenever you like, in WebCore or on Telegram.
Everything a small business needs from a CRM, and nothing to maintain
Every lead in one place
Website forms, site chat, and the leads you add yourself from a phone call or a referral, with where each one came from and what it's worth.
A reply drafted for every lead
Each lead opens with a short reply your agent wrote, ready to send from your own email. Not quite right? Ask your agent to write it differently.
Know which ads bring leads
A lead from a Google, Facebook, TikTok, Bing or LinkedIn ad carries a badge that says so. Export the Google ones with what they were worth, ready for Google Ads.
See what's still on the table
Your open value adds up every lead in New and Working. Beside it sit your conversion rate, new leads by month and where your leads come from.
Lead alerts, inside your hours
Switch on lead alerts and your agent tells you in WebCore and on Telegram when a lead comes in. One message per lead, or only the ones with a quote.
Find any lead
Search every lead by any word in it, and narrow the board to the dates you care about.
What the top of your Pipeline tells you
Four numbers, worked out from your own leads every time you open the board.
Open value
What every lead in New and Working is worth, added up. The money still in play.
Conversion rate
How many leads you won out of all of them, with the funnel from new to won beside it.
New leads by month
The last six months or the last year, so a slow month shows up while you can still do something about it.
Leads by source
How many came from your forms, your site chat, or the leads you added yourself.
Ask about your leads the way you'd ask a person
Your agent reads the same board you do. Ask “What's on the pipeline?” or “Do I have any new leads?” in WebCore or on Telegram, and it answers from your real leads.
Already use an AI agent of your own, like Claude Code or Cursor? From Starter, WebCore MCP gives it the same numbers: leads by stage, the open value and the open leads, oldest first.

Is the Pipeline a full CRM?
It's the part of a CRM a small service business uses every day: every lead, its stage, what it's worth, your notes and a reply ready to send. It isn't built for a large sales team with territories and forecasts.
Where do the leads come from?
From the forms on your WebCore sites, from your site chat, and from leads you add yourself. A lead from a phone call or a referral takes one short form: name, contact details, where it came from, what it's worth and what they need.
Will I know when a lead comes in?
Site chat leads send you an email, and so can your forms. Switch on lead alerts and your agent also tells you in WebCore and on Telegram, inside the hours you choose.
Can I see which of my ads bring leads?
Yes. A lead that came from an ad shows a badge with the ad network. Export gives you the Google ones as a spreadsheet with their value, in the columns Google Ads uses to import offline conversions.
Can I move a lead back?
Yes, to any column. If a move doesn't save, the card goes back where it was, so your board never shows a lead in a stage it isn't in.
Which plans include it?
Every WebCore plan, including the free trial. Site chat, which sends leads to it day and night, is included from Starter and is an add-on on Essential.
- Answer visitors and save every lead
- Send a newsletter your agent drafts
- Connect the AI agent you already use
- See everything your agent does
Every lead in one place, starting with the next one.
Name your agent and build your site. Your Pipeline is ready from the first form someone fills in.
