The MTS Moving website, and how to get one like it

I built the website for MTS Moving, a long-distance moving company that moves families between Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. If you run a moving company and you like that site, here is what's on it, and how WebCore builds one like it for you.

Name it, and it starts building your moving company site.

What's on the MTS Moving website

Six parts of the site, and the job each one does for a long-distance mover.

The quote starts on the first screen

Moving from, moving to and a moving date, then one button. On a phone the form says step 1 of 2, so it never looks long.

Proof next to the form

A 4.9 Google rating and 840+ five-star reviews sit beside the quote form, with badges from the BBB, the Canadian Association of Movers, HomeStars and Yelp just below.

A page for every place they move people

Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec each have a page, and so do seven cities from Kamloops to Montreal, plus routes like Ontario to Alberta.

A move tracker

Customers check on their move from a Track Your Move page, which MTS calls Canada's first and only moving tracker.

An online weight calculator

Weight drives the price of a long-distance move, so people can estimate theirs before they ask for a quote.

Answers before the call

An FAQ and The Expert Guide, a blog of 60 articles, answer what people ask before a long move, like how long it takes and what insurance covers.

WebCore started with MTS Moving

WebCore's first line of code, on June 25, 2024, was a referral page for MTS Moving. I also ran their Google Ads, and their revenue grew 400%. What worked on their site became the way WebCore builds a moving company website: the quote form first, the proof right next to it, and a page for every place you move people to.

Get a site like this for your moving company

Name your agent

Then tell it about your company: the provinces and towns you cover, local or long distance, packing and storage, how you price. It asks about whatever's missing.

Review it, then go live

Your agent builds the quote form, the proof and the location pages around your trucks, your towns and your reviews. A site is typically live in about 15 minutes, on your own domain.

Keep it current by text

A new service area, new photos, a note that June is almost booked: one message, and your agent makes the change.
